Very bad management policies. Very Low salary. No proper promotion process. They will ask you sign as many bonds as they can. You should not work on same technology for next 3 years after resigned from this company. No proper Transportation facility. No Extra benefits. No salary hike after 2 years.

Management in certain departments are extremely inappropriate, rude, and very "DO AS I SAY, NOT AS I DO." Also, if a family member has been rushed to the hospital in critical condition, make sure you schedule that early departure in advance cause you obviously know it's coming or you get in trouble. That is just an example of how micromanaged it is. Some of the statements from management are really childish and usually very ignorant, but mostly unexpected from someone in that position so it makes the work environment tense and uncomfortable. Oh and complete lack of career growth or potential. You move once and that's it, plus you don't learn anything to improve your career or add to it. It's just busy work chained to your desk with some close minded manager talking over you and interrupting. Great starting off point, but NOT worth the stay. Oh ALSO they agree to commission structures then the CEO just changes his mind and Management drags their feet on working it out. And they may stiff you, especially if you leave on your terms.
