Pros

1. Pay is average. Not high but not low either 2. Project schedule is not intensive. Only occasionally overtime 3. Learn new technologies (Utility Group) 4. Culture specified, you feel warmth if you're from India 5. Company president is nice

Cons

1. Prepare to get scold, scream daily from the group manager, sometimes without an evident reason 2. Not possible to get career promotion 3. The company takes the slowest procedure on immigration. You will stuck here for many years. I would have stayed in the company if the manager treats team members nicer or at least, just like a regular manager in most companies.

Pros

You will always find very very talented people around you. Nice working domain. AMI has brand name for BIOS, Storage and Megarac products. You can promote very quickly. Homely environment. Its always better to start your carrier from AMI. You can learn many thing in a year.

Cons

You can't get the feelings like a corporate. Upper management always try to dominant over employee. Very very abstract management. Very Very bad canteen There is nothing for employee engagement, you can't find anything there. They will never care about there employee. They believe more on freshers than exp, because they can extract work from freshers with very less salary.
