Pros

1. Pay is average. Not high but not low either 2. Project schedule is not intensive. Only occasionally overtime 3. Learn new technologies (Utility Group) 4. Culture specified, you feel warmth if you're from India 5. Company president is nice

Cons

1. Prepare to get scold, scream daily from the group manager, sometimes without an evident reason 2. Not possible to get career promotion 3. The company takes the slowest procedure on immigration. You will stuck here for many years. I would have stayed in the company if the manager treats team members nicer or at least, just like a regular manager in most companies.

Pros

Depends on which team you work but generally you will have additional vacations and flexible work hours. The new UEFI is also an interesting field because BIOS knowledge would not be taught at school.

Cons

The pay is not really reasonable (in the branch). Also the levels of employees are various. If you would have to support BIOS development you may not have time to focus on BIOS coding and its structure. In addition, the broadcast system is annoying.
