      Pros

      Many options for continues education support. Interactive online health benefits. Many Employee discounts Nursing coach available for health, career, and other life opportunities.

      Cons

      AMITA can improve by adding bonuses when picking up extra shifts. However this is a slight con compared to all over their pros. This is a great company with many locations around the country. AMITA has competitive pay rates, which have greatly improved over the last 5 years.

      Pros

      Great people work there- everyone is helpful and comes together. You don’t really have a choice when you’re so understaffed.

      Cons

      Ran like a business bought out by a bigger company. Cut costs in all the wrong places. Understaffed, no ancillary staff, administration pretending to listen to your concerns but nothing changes.

      Great management and co workers were easy to work with me. Turn over was done in fast paste.

      Cons

      Pay was not that great for the duties expected. Long unexpected hours. Not stable hours .
