The organization is disorganized and too focused on expansion. Instead they should be working toward integration and ensuring all sites feel part of a whole instead of “legacy” sites that share a name.

A large percentage of the workforce it outsourced labor. Amita has a long history of Outsourcing whenever possible and this has destroyed morale on many levels. In addition they are extremely top heavy (far too many managers and executives). Not nearly enough people down in the trenches doing the work - especially in Nursing. Since coming together with Presence Health the turnover rate has gone up tremendously. Don't believe anything management tells you - our dept. was told that we were being outsourced to NTT Data but our jobs would be safe. NOT TRUE. We are losing well over half of our experienced site techs because they "failed" NTT's interview process. This was only so they could bring in low cost labor to replace the many senior higher paid techs.
