      Its a paycheck, can't say much else.

      I understand now why healthcare is so expensive. The management of this place is totally lacking. Everyone is trying to secure their position and be a leader. They have laid off so many good people and the ones who remain leadership, talent and education to actually run a healthsystem. The system is drowning in debt because they outsourced billing to a vendor who can't do it right. That is their plan these days - outsource everything to a parent organization and lay people off. They let go experienced nurses so they can hire new grads and pay less. I'm constantly training and educating on the most basic skills! Don't get me started on how they handled COVID-19 response! You will catch it if you work here. I wish I could find another place but they see AMITA on my CV and pass.
