      Being micro-managed by unprofessional management and supervisors

      Experience in what you don’t want in an employer

      Cons

      Not aware of laws nor care about staff. They care about money. Poor management, severely understaffed most of the time. I saw a charge nurse start crying during shift. Upper management, as well as, supervisor did not offer reasonable accommodations due to a diagnosis of ADHD in the workplace. Do not work here, as you will not be respected or given legal rights.

      The people I worked with, location (St. Joseph Chicago)

      Benefits were pretty terrible to deal with (you HAVE to see Amita doctors and they bill everything wrong), management micromanaged and blamed employees, disorganized, revolving door of managers. The manager texted employees constantly, as well.
