      Pros

      -Nursing staff became like second family -very rewarding to assist in patients in their recovery -you get to collaborate with other healthcare departments (physical, occupational, and speech therapy)

      Cons

      -Very heavy and taxing on your body (patient lifting) -can be stressful at times with staffing/call-in or heavy patient load -At times nursing and therapy do not always consider each other's tasks; This can make your job harder if you have other patients waiting on you.

      Pros

      Love the surgeons, clinical manager is great. Great nurses!

      Cons

      Clinical nurse manger unable to hire needed key staff, awful pay raises , unable to keep skilled staff. Burned out staff. Not enough surgical surgical assistants for cases surgeons are not happy!
