understaffed frequently- staffing ratios do not support great patient care yet departments are closely monitored for delivery of great patient experiences. Obvious favoritism seen within the director and management positions. Much micromanagement. Administration is barely visible.

As a non-exempt employee my time was continually falsified. Was work tethered to a verbally abusive employee, which management advised me to wear headphones. Inherited tasks from an employee that left and then the merger occurred doubling the work on many of my taks; To keep pace I worked from home, on weekends, vacations and often holidays; This was all unpaid. Upper management at corporate headquarters gave me a nickname... of a South Park Character. Patient safety concerns that wouldn't lead to a fine weren't addressed.
