Being micro managed by leaders that do not know your job description and what it takes to get the job done. As an exempt employee and leader held to non exempt production impacting standards.

Horrible place to work. Can't wait to leave. No training provided. They give you 100 hours of work that they want done. Very high turnover. Very few men work here. They play favorites big time. I was never so belittled by a supervisor in front of others. Not a nice work environment. Benefits are not very good. So many useless meetings. I was told by many that you will need to work past midnight even though you get there at 8am many days. Even temps leave. There were 4 people in my position in the last 4 months......What a huge mistake to work for. You are constantly told about values which is far from the behavior that I have observed. Very juvenile ......can't wait to leave.
