      Work with prestigious doctors/clinicians- very reputable Great way to make contacts in the psych field Clean work environment

      Cons

      Inpatient run by medical/nursing model as opposed to therapists having more say. Pay could be much better considering the level of care therapists provide and the amount of danger we are put in.

      Friendly coworkers, good benefits, nice buildings and nice area. Lots of parking spaces for employees.

      Cons

      They are big on micromanagement issues, some employees demonstrate clearly they are driven by fear.
