      Love my team and who I work with and what I do.

      Cons

      Not enough pay for all the constant changes in my daily lifestyle especially when there are call offs or someone quits $19.50 an hour isn’t enough for all that a clinical team lead does. They talk about unity and inclusivity I don’t see it, as every office has a different protocol and they should be unison.

      You will gain exposure and experience to a significant number of different events and develop a large number of skill sets as a result.

      Pay is below market value, limited opportunity for advancement, do more with less mentality is at dangerous level.
