      Really there was nothing positive about this experience.

      Cons

      They will lie to you at your interview, yearly reviews. Advancement opportunities are a joke and will not happen. They will put you in a position that should be paid at manager/director with the workload and refuse to pay/advance you for it it.

      Managers are very caring and lots of training opportunities are offered

      Cons

      but underpaid and understaffed. They will call/text you after a night shift to see if you can cover during the day.

      Kind staff, short staff

      Friendly co-workers, administrators, staff. Easy to get hired and start gaining experience.

      Cons

      Short staff, poor Nurse/Patient ratio, physicians often ask RN's to place their orders for them.
