Flexible work schedule, young office, downtown location, interesting work at times, lower management is nice to work with, relaxed office environment
Cons
Very high turnover, Not much for individual growth (same job different titles), niche skill set not very transferable, better pay working for a bank, most people in the office talk negatively about their job, sometimes it seems like your work has little purpose, few job perks
