Most of the people were decent enough and work time was fairly flexible.

Cons

Computer systems did not work well at all, which made meeting performance expectations problematic. Performance measures were often incorrectly calculated. Input on work by supervisors was given weeks after submission, which meant that everything performed in the meantime had to be redone, with the expectation being that you would work over to do it. It might take a week or more to see your immediate supervisor.
