      Pros

      Very flexible schedule. Managers pretty much let you work you 8 hours anytime between 6 and 8.

      Cons

      Pay is low for the industry but the company will hire you with no experience.

      Easy work Free coffee Great view Occasionally donuts Some management and team leads are wonderful Overall good coworkers

      Cons

      Racism and misogyny abound. They keep people employed who are bad at their job. No clear career path. i feel like I will still be doing this job for years with no opportunities to grow. Many team leads and some management spend a lot of time flirting with the cute women, and show favoritism. Keeping people employed who have been antagonistic to many coworkers There are some HR nightmares waiting to happen here, but everyone fears retaliation so nothing is said. Pay is really low for the industry
