      Pros

      Good experience if you want to work in the field. Environment is very casual and easy going

      Cons

      Low lay and Production based nature gives it a factory feel. Work is for clients so quality control and feedback (which are often ambiguous and inconsistent) are constricting. "Analyst" is a poor description of the work as you mostly just write canned reports and organize files. Young and inexperienced workforce, so drama and gossip abound. Management is a boys club.

      Pros

      Flexible work environment, good people, young management team. Analysts are not micro managed and if you do your job well you can advance in the company quickly.

      Cons

      Work can be challenging and training sometimes not sufficient. Company is growing so fast that management has a lot on their plate.
