      Pros

      The upper management really cares about everyone, all the way down to the employees located at the communities. The competition is a good thing, your coworkers and peers all thrive off of it. The upper management does an excellent job of acknowledging all of your hard work!

      Cons

      The company is newer is the Los Angeles market, so a lot of prospective residents have never heard of the company.

      decent pay, decent hours, uniforms provided!

      Cons

      backs stabbing management, self insurance programs, had too many dependent claims and apparently was costing too much, management dreamed up excuse to terminate me, never missed a minute of work but said I was absent too much. didnt fight it, with a back stabbing manager, why would anyone work for her

      Direct contact with management was always accessible.

      Cons

      I worked at corporate and my boss never gave me clear direction on how to complete tasks but expected perfect work performance. Easily criticized every work product I gave her and never gave any praise for all the hard work and effort put in. I would not recommend anyone to work there. The expectations were far out of sync with the lack of training and guidance. At times, even refused to give guidance at all.
