Cons

The Denver “amli famli” culture is extremely toxic and encourages cliques. Gossip is encouraged, and many people pretend to be friendly, but don’t support you behind your back. This culture stems from a toxic corporate staff that encourage the behavior.

Bonuses are paid to employees based on their position.
