Pros

Quality of standards, diversity of support groups (many different departments, not in terms of ethnicity), health benefits.

Cons

Antiquated management approach, lack of progression (no legitimate advancement opportunities at the onsite level), lack of diversity at the corporate level, discourages free thinking, diminished merit & worth of onsite employees.

Incredible Work Community and fAMLI Culture

Pros

The focus and attention placed on fostering a fun and communal culture where everyone works hard but also supports one another is really special. There is real attention placed on recognizing employees as unique individuals and rewarding people for their efforts and achievements, as well as true interest in helping employees advance both educationally and in promotability.

Cons

There are two pieces to AMLI Management, the residential side and the development side. While I think there is strong culture on the residential side I do feel we would be even stronger as a company if the development side also focused on the importance of fostering and growing culture.
