I always feel like I have the backing of my managers when I make difficult decisions, decisions are made as a group, and then I execute. I have never been thrown under the bus for anything because we made decisions together. Unlike previous companies, I feel like I'm given input and setup for success.

Cons

The PTO package is pretty low baseline, good work life balance, but still overwhelming, and that's with the company trying to make a move in the right direction.

I have been with AMLI going on 4 years and they have been the best 4 years in my career. With previous companies such as Greystar and Gables, I found myself wanting more and craving true balance. With AMLI I feel like I have true buy-in...a seat at the table! AMLI has cultivated a work culture that allows you time to revive your personal life, perspectives to challenge and grow your career, and people to truly bond with. The tenure in any room at any time speaks volumes for AMLI as a company...I love it here and plan to love it until I retire!

Cons

They are not the largest and not the smallest, if you are looking for quick upward mobility or to be overworked you should look elsewhere.
