      Great Entryway to Leasing and Property Management

      Pros

      Great pay including incentivized bonus increases for sales milestones, great people, flexible "smart casual" dress code for sales offices, good vacation time for entry level employees and increases over time pretty quickly, excellent "promote from within" culture with many employees at 15+ years with the company.

      Cons

      Leasing roles require working on weekends.

      No Christmas bonus this year or raise

      Rent discount except we keep getting large rent increases?

      CEO thanked us this year for helping increase profits by 17% and all we got was a pat on the back…. no Christmas bonus, no pay increase. Just a long winded thank yoU

      Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on AMLI. At a minimum, we conduct annual compensation reviews to ensure our compensation remains competitive and aligned with the market. Bonuses are paid to employees based on their position. While it’s disappointing to hear that your experience has been less than desirable, you are a valued employee, and we would like to be able to address your concerns personally.
