4yAMLI recently transitioned to a hybrid work schedule for many corporate positions. One of the positive outcomes of COVID was this flexibility for corporate employees to WFH a few days a week. We believe our employees need to work in the office a few days a week for AMLI’s culture, employee development, mentorship, and engagement. Additionally, 80% or more of the AMLI workforce is required to be on-site supporting our residents, thereby limiting the flexibility we can offer our on-site teams. Thank you for 4 plus years of service and we wish you the best in your career at AMLI.
