      Best Job I Have Ever Had

      Pros

      Work/life balance Pay Commissions Bonus structures Learning/ training and development Growth potential The people I really have never worked with a company I love more. I feel like I can still have a life and be wildly passionate about my work at the same time. The properties are GORGEOUS, so it is easy to show prospects how much you love the communities and what we have to offer over competitors. Every day you have the opportunity to grow and a majority of your peers are ready and willing to help you learn. You are given a lot of power over day-to-day issues and it dramatically improves your problem solving skills and even your confidence in your own abilities if you let it. I made a whole industry change from retail management in the middle of the pandemic, and I was truly unsure of what to expect, but from day one I knew I made the right call. If you are reading this and on the fence about joining the "AMLI fAMLI," hesitate no longer. It's worth it!

      Cons

      It is very fast paced, especially during the summers and with roll outs of new systems. (Not really a con as much a warning to be ready!) You need to be able to pivot from one task to a new one instantly based on prospect/resident's needs, and you need a real sense of urgency in a lot of cases.
