      Upper management a problem

      Pros

      I had some good colleagues during my time there. Work-life balance was pretty good.

      Cons

      Some people in upper management have no clue how to manage, communicate well, and treat employees respectfully. They play favorites and will quickly promote them to the point that it leaves others completely confused. Many people can never admit fault and just move forward like adults. I've never seen upper management gossip openly as much as this group. Rather than whispering your last words when leaving someone's office, you can just finish your conversation normally and then leave. It's much less suspicious that way.
