      Phenomenal, industry leading, boutique style training & development program brilliantly designed/led by their lifelong company expert “Senior Regional Training Director.”

      Cons

      Toxic environment, unprofessional behavior & harassment (amongst staff led by onsite manager onto certain staff members & most residents), consistently evoked whistleblower fear and intimidation tactics.

      Unprofessional Construction Department

      Pros

      Their pay for assistants are very good and have a good bonus structure

      Cons

      There is no chance for growth. They stick you on a niche and don’t let you learn anything else. Example if you are a concrete superintendent then that’s all you will do. If you’re a drywall superintendent then that’s all you will do. There’s no chance to develop into the next role as a lead superintendent. Once leaving the company by choice I worked as an assistant and learned more in 3 months then I did the previous two years and was quickly promoted to the Lead Superintendent
