Love the way there care about the customer. Great training programs.

Have very skilled and knowledgeable people sitting on the side line ready to move up while people with less skill set moves up.

AMLI is a great company with an amazing array of higher ups. The founders, CEOs, VPs are all present, involved, and friendly. Sales commissions are good.

Cons

Base pay is not much, at all, for the responsibilities were required to do.

We do review salary ranges regularly and participate in industry compensation surveys, so to ensure we are competitive in our markets. At AMLI, certain positions have lower base pay and higher incentives/commissions/bonuses or what we refer to as “variable pay” . This way, employees who are performing well, receive higher financial rewards for their efforts, vs someone who is not as performing as well.
