Non I will recommend you to look for another company , Trust me I was there for 6 years and they never care about me . Managers comes and goes and No one last more than a year . They are take integrity on that .

Cons

They pay you very minimum compare to other leasing position jobs . Will only raise you 1 dollar a year or less They tread their employees very badly ,corporate or managers would never take the side of the employee, even if you are right , You are just a number , will never have consideration of you as a human being and a woman with kids . They think their employees are honest while i have seen their employees Edit documents in order to get leases and approvals and be the top leasing agent of the company . Feels like High school with groups of friends hating on each other , will make remarks like ( another one bites the dust , )

Management cares - ALOT - about their properties They do try hard to ecnourage the AMLI FAMLI community Buttoned up to a T. Like really buttoned up. Incredibly high standards Alot of really great people Can have a generous commission if you're at the right property Good opportunity if you're young and straight out of school Great training - ALOT of training, like A LOTTTTTT

Cons

Buttoned up. Oh, did I say that as a pro? Well it was also a con. So buttoned up I felt suffocated and handcuffed. Every word you say is monitored (like literally recorded and graded) and your clothes are scrutinized. I had to spend money on an "appropriate wardrobe" and then they changed the standard (I'm poor!) Things get covered up to maintain the shine Strict hours, which can suck if you would like to see your family (working every sat and sun)
