Pros

When they say AMLI fAMILY they really mean it. I felt welcome from day one from everyone at the company. You will get the support you need to be able to do your job well!

Cons

The only con is due to it’s size there aren’t as many opportunities as larger companies.

Pros

Amazing culture in California! We are encouraged to do our best and held to high expectations, but still valued as human contributors with feelings and needs that are acknowledged, not just acknowledged for our financial accomplishments for the company. There is a great sense of structure and process and a lot of support in different divisions to make sure new hires are successful. As an entry-level associate to AMLI there is growth opportunity as you learn property management. The assets you manage are A+ properties in A+ locations with a lot of heart when addressing customer service concerns with is refreshing in this industry. There are a lot of very smart tenured employees. AMLI tries to promote with in where ever possible.

Cons

AMLI is slower to change, but still forward thinking. New ideas can take longer, but a healthy dose of caution is necessary to make sure the ship turns in the right direction. AMLI is also less competitive in 401k match and tuition reimbursement as compared with peers. Also due to the boutique size of AMLI promotions can be slower, but AMLI is aware of this and does do its best as an organization to support growth and lateral movement as well as verticle.
