Underpaid, Majority of time is customer service and you sell in-between.

Pros

They have quarterly award gatherings, which enable each contributing employee to see where AMLI stands as part of a whole for that region. In leasing you usually have ongoing training/development meetings at the corporate office which can be very fun and interactive. These training meetings usually refresh you on some of the original sales approaches that yield the best results.

Cons

Much of the management unfortunately participates in too many office politics, which disengage the employees that are at the front lines of the business. There isn't enough flexibility for utilizing your PTO or vacation, as you must give at least a month's request. Your commissions are effected by whether your prospective resident finds you through a locating service.

Thank you for taking the time to share your insights with us. We are committed to ongoing training and development for our onsite teams. We schedule our calendars a month in advance in order to cover for vacations, personal time, off-site training and activities. Most employees appreciate the time to plan ahead for daycare and for AMLI to provide coverage for a 7 day a week operation. Most of our onsite managers are hands on, helping the teams. I hope you had an opportunity to provide more details on your suggestions for improvement, as part of your exit interview. Reall good commission, volunteer events and policy driven Company . We are dedicated to providing excellent customer service to everyone that walks through the door

Cons

I don't have anything negative to say about to conpany. They treat their employees very well. They is always potentials for promotions
