      Thank you for taking time to share you feedback with us. We are glad to hear that you appreciated AMLI’s training programs, our employee benefits and the properties we manage. I am sorry to read that you don’t think that upper management is connected. The leaders of our organization try to support and stay in touch with the onsite teams through community visits, volunteer participation, and our awards luncheons to name a few. As you know our industry does require weekend work, typically when the leasing staff closes the most leases and earns commissions.With AMLI’s commission structure and our MDC awards, our high performing Leasing employees are earning high $ compensation.
