Pros

AMLI is a great company with an amazing array of higher ups. The founders, CEOs, VPs are all present, involved, and friendly. Sales commissions are good.

Cons

Base pay is not much, at all, for the responsibilities were required to do.

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments. it is always a pleasure to read that AMLI employees are engaged and value the work culture we are creating together. We do review salary ranges regularly and participate in industry compensation surveys, so to ensure we are competitive in our markets. At AMLI, certain positions have lower base pay and higher incentives/commissions/bonuses or what we refer to as “variable pay” . This way, employees who are performing well, receive higher financial rewards for their efforts, vs someone who is not as performing as well. Pros

I enjoy how they celebrate everyones accomplishments. You're always made to feel important, and valued. I like the flexibility in my schedule, andthe fact the my co-workers are also some of my best friends. I admire how invoulved AMLI is in community outreach, and how focused they are on work/life balance.

Cons

The internal network is slow. There are only 4 or 5 people in the it department, and if something major goes wrong it can sometimes take quite a while to fix.

Thank you for taking the time to provide such positive feedback on AMLI's recognition programs, our company culture and AMLI’s commitment to volunteerism in each of our communities. I passed on your concerns with our IT/network services to the Chief Information Officer. He shared the following comments. Many issues do get resolved very quickly and others may take a while depending on the severity/priority of the issue. The IT department has a Service Level agreement in place with AMLI management that outlines service expectations and response times. We work diligently to adhere to the guidance provided. We acknowledge the issue with connection and network speeds. Steps to greatly increase capacity have been in the works and are scheduled to be delivered to all sites between Dec 2014 and Mar 2015. We have many more IT employees, but you may be referring only to our Help Desk Staff. Thank you again for your input and best wishes for your continued success at AMLI. Leslie Silverman

Pros

Lots of training, very technically savvy company. Benefits are average, plenty of non work time to spend with family, no work to take home

Cons

Did not work there long enough to find anything to the my displeasure. They do have lots of policies that can slow down progress
