      Not getting paid and it's not getting fixed

      Recruiter is helpful and kind

      Cons

      I'm currently running 900$ short on my paycheck and I've had to call customer support every week for a month now because ever since I renewed my contract I haven't been able to log my hours correctly. They can seem to get it fixed so I have to call and beg to get paid.

      Pros

      Remote work from home- Good community of colleagues- guaranteed hours.

      Cons

      Low pay… no raise, no bonus, no inflation compensation… base pay depends on date of hire and independent of credentials, work experience, education, or team work. National Certification for medical interpreters has NO value. Micromanagement.

      Work with great companies, decent diversity initiatives, lots of educational opportunities.

      Cons

      Went 6 months without commission with 0 explanation from leadership. Toxic senior leaders that don’t care about developing talent.
