- Poor work/life balance - Terrible leadership - Cherry-picking of employees for positions without posting jobs because of friendships - Underpaid Employees are undervalued. The company should really consider the cost of turnover and sourcing/training replacements. If AMN paid their employees wages that they deserved they would have higher retention rates, better performance, higher morale, etc. This isn't rocket science. It's clear that the company is not truly interested in putting forth the effort to evoke change. As an employee of 7 years who put in my notice, I was not even offered an exit interview. This simple gesture speaks volumes.
