Pros

Remote work. Bonuses and incentives. Work environment as far as team members and leaders is ok. Open door to ask for help or express concerns.

Cons

Information about accounts and recruiting opportunities is extremely unorganized. You have to search multiple places for information about opportunities. Account managers can take time to respond to questions which can delay closing deals with clinicians. Credentialing technology has too many issues that cause frustration of clinicians. Hospitals often go non responsive so you may have clinicians go through the meticulous onboarding just to end up with no work. All of this makes the job more stressful than it could be, especially when it impacts your performance and causes you to become micromanaged by leaders as if you’re incompetent.
