      Co workers make the departments fun.

      Cons

      A lot of Politics and Favoritism, lack of training on FMLA laws and policy. No confidentiality or loyalty.

      Lack of opportunity for growth within company, micromanaging, the people making the processes don’t know what they’re doing, over complication of tasks, lack of payment for expected work

      Things are going downhill

      enjoyed my position until they added a lot of tasks without payment.

      Cons

      Company is no longer profitable, serious micromanaging even of their most productive employees, a lot of offshoring to PSG, hiring freeze, benefits are awful.
