      Nice People, but Disorganized Operation

      Pros

      People are extremely nice and encouraging. Very welcoming group!!

      Cons

      Disorganized in multiple aspects in multiple departments. Unrealistic expectations for bandwidth. Examples: - Providing incorrect/conflicting documentation several times on different topics. Including Employee Health Benefits information (that had financial implications), Employee compensation plans, contracts and amendments, payroll activities (that had financial implications), etc - Seems like most individuals are extremely strapped for time and bandwidth. Working late nights and weekends are not uncommon to keep up with current workload
