They don’t have your back at all. It’s all about the money and the client it’s not about you. I worked my butt off for them for two years straight before and during Covid. When I got sick with long Covid I was put on Workmans comp after 5 months I was still sick and they cut me off. I didn’t return back to work for another 5 months and still suffer from long Covid. My medical bills still aren’t paid and I’m still receiving treatment. They are disgusting, cheap, and thankless, your a hero someway to treat a hero. They will use you and spit you out just as quickly. Don’t go with AMN the whole industry is messed up but they really soured me on the profession!!!!!

Since they are so large, the travelers don't get a lot of that personal feel that you would get at other agencies. They also don't always pay travelers the best rates compared to other staffing agencies. If you are new to recruiting you have to meet numbers or your gone. Managers are friendly and helpful but you aren't given all the tools to succeed and you'll put a ton of time into work, more than you would think.
