GYM, Culture, Cafe, clean office, decent benefits

Cons

Supervisors are horrible and probably could not manage an ant farm. They hire and fire like crazy (because they can) if you do not bend over backwards for them. The billing department is more like a sweatshop, and has no structure. Do not expect anyone to know anything. VERY high turnover rate here - red flag people!

Pros

There is a nice gym and a small Starbucks. The building is new and there is a pretty good chef that cooks for lunch.

Cons

You are an expendable employee doing menial, thankless work. The company is very aggressive in firing employees, especially temp employees and sales recruiters. If you try to give notice, you will be let go. You will not receive notice or even one managerial conversation if they are unhappy with your job performance and you will not be allowed to go back to your desk to even pick up your personal belongings. If you are not perm and they have promised you a perm job, be aware. Middle management is a nightmare. There is no communication between middle management levels in sales, much less between departments it seems, and the brunt of AMN's poor middle management falls on its employees. Extremely political landscape.

They hire you for this job when really you don't have it yet. You have to make it through training first. And it's a revolving door of people coming and going because no one is happy
