      Pros

      My manager and co-workers were all great, shared common stresses and was able to laugh through the pain, pivot forward. Hybrid schedule. Depending on department, in office 2x weekly. Health insurance I cant think of anything else...

      Disappointing Leadership: Disconnect between company priorities and employee well-being under CEO Cary Grace. Lack of empathy and morality, with a focus on financial gains. Poor Working Conditions: Escalating demands without recognition or compensation. Micromanagement creates a stifling environment. Removal of incentives worsens the situation. Compensation and Workload Issues: Pay does not match high expectations and frequent office commutes. Overwhelming workloads and additional tasks beyond job descriptions (e.g., laid off credentialing staff, leaving us to do their jobs calling them (fun projects????) Negative Impact: Deteriorating morale, no work-life balance, and burnout.

      Cary Grace is a disgrace to the company

      Benefits were decent Pay was good

      Cons

      Before Cary Grace AMN was ran so smoothly and wonderful. I had no complaints. But as soon as she came along everything went downhill. Layoffs began and stress rose throughout the company.
