      good pay & benefits free starbucks comp all lunches

      Cons

      no work life balance managers are ridiculous. zero balance in workload. will make level 1 analyst do everything for upper management and will provide zero help or clarification when asked. is not fully honest about what the workload or job role is until you accept job.
