Great benefits, plenty of PTO.

Cons

This is the most toxic workplace I have ever experienced. This company touts diversity, equity and inclusion to the public, but inclusion within the company just doesn't exist. If you don't ascribe to their woke ideology, you are ostracized. Upper management is some of the most arrogant, elitist people in the industry. They belittle people that are not at their level. Lots of dirty politics and unscrupulous behavior. Additionally, they have some of the lowest pay in the industry. They say that they don't allow retaliation for people who bring some of these issues to the attention of HR, that is a lie!

OK place, not very worth your time

Pros

Work from home, no commuting. You service many type of sessions in healthcare so you learn a lot from different fields.

Cons

No raises, management, team leads and trainers will tell you different things about protocol, so you never know who to listen to. Providers will verbally abuse you, disrespect and meddle with your work and effort. Management knows this but refuses to do anything to ensure interpreters are treated as the professionals we are.
