      Pros

      You can do your own things between calls. You can work anywhere in the USA, and anytime 24/7. Most people are quite nice.

      Cons

      This company is not serious about interpretation. It's more like a customer service company. Quality control is a joke. Audio and video quality is a joke. The company doesn't train you or teach you any skills. They don't pay for any further education or training either. It's just a side job. There's no career advancement, a dead-end job. Audio and video quality are always subpar, not even on par with the worst app out there.
