      Pros

      Excellent team members. Couldn't have asked for better direct leadership to report to. The work life balance......chef's kiss!

      Cons

      Many changes occurring in parallel with little regard to appropriate change management and how to implement said changes throughout the individual departments. Lack of data, although the company knows this is a pain point.

      Convenient but no growth

      Pros

      Serious company. Good support. Company provides necessary equipment. Convenience of working from home. Fixed schedule.

      Cons

      No growth, unless you find a completely different position within the company. Raises and bonuses are rarely seen. Very little benefits for part time employees: access to retirement plan and 40hrs PTO. No paid holidays, no access to health benefits, as part time employee. Calls back to back, during normal business hours. Not an easy as it looks kind of job, it is mentally exhausting and sitting for so long takes a toll on your body.
