Pros
They have been very supportive of the team members and have more than enough work to do. Lots of attempts to provide support to the team members including company wide spot bonuses and attempts to keep people engaged. The company is becoming more accepting of long term work from home and many of us won’t ever go back to full time office workers.
Cons
Some of the leadership is struggling to change from their old ways of thinking. Things don’t work the same way in 2021 that they did in 2019
