      Cons

      There never seems to be enough people in the team to keep up with the work load but they will never have enough in the budget to hire help

      Too much work for one person

      AMN constantly gives their employees more work than is actually feasible causing extreme burn out and high turnover.

      Cons

      Credentialing supervisors provide a great deal of support and understand that the analysts are overworked.

      Pros

      On-time payment. WFH. Period. Company, like everywhere earning in millions, paying whatever they are paying to, to employees. Complaints are, of course, never paid attention to.

      Cons

      No increments, no bonus, no internal promotions, yet...in 4 years.
