Pros

-excellent career path/promotion opportunities -amazing coworkers and management team -lots of bonuses/contests/pay incentives -great work atmosphere and culture -great training program

Cons

-can sometimes be a grind -difficult metrics if you aren’t organized or good with time management -pay as a recruiter in your first year is tough. If you do a great job, your pay is very good -very competitive and difficult job

Pros

I had exceptional leaders and growth opportunities within my department.

Cons

Compensation was extremely low despite consistently favorable performance reviews. Apparent lack of discipline / repercussions for supervisors and managers lacking in supervisory and managerial skills, as long as SLAs were met.
