Excellent Clients, challenging work, decent pay.
Cons
The longer you are there, the more time you spend leaving notes on the computer instead of speaking with clients and doctors. All to keep someone from taking your doctor or to make your VP happy. If paperwork is your thing, this place is for you. The really important stuff doesn’t get appreciated or tracked. The paperwork in the system seems to be valued more by the company than the actual day to day work that makes you successful. The newer you are, the more time you have to make money sharing names of doctors to other recruiters. For 1/10th of the work they get half of the money. Is this fair?
