      Frequent unexpected layoffs Most perks have been cut in the past year Very top-heavy, Lots of high-paid executives earning high salaries and commissions while frequently cutting workers

      Teams and management shifts a lot. Metrics can be unobtainable for some due to less hospitals turning to travel nurses.
