      Great Culture in a Company Finding a New Norm

      Great culture, and people treat each other with respect, and good ideas are listened to. Open door policy with accessible and open-minded leadership.

      Cons

      Healthcare in general is in a reset period, so AMN is finding it's footing with the post-COVID new norm.
